Today, Abacus Medicine Pharma Services is becoming Abacus Medicine Pharmaceuticals (AMP), a commercial-stage European pharmaceutical company. It is a part of the Abacus Medicine Group and focuses on patient access to new therapies.
The announcement follows Abacus Medicine Group’s recent acquisition of Swiss Cardio Technologies and the exclusive global rights to an innovative cardioplegic solution used in open heart surgery. This marks a shift from being a service provider to a partnering-focused pharma organisation.
